Client: Town of Jamestown
Project Data: JeHN Engineering has been retained by the Town of Jamestown and will utilize the experience within the company gained as the Town Engineer for Frederick, Bennett and Review Engineer for Erie to manage growth and ensure that private development are producing consistent, high-quality infrastructure placements. The immediate concern in Jamestown is the Overland Fire that burned over 5,000 acres north of the Town. Drainage and erosion control management are now being studied, and JeHN Engineering will provide both a strategy and technical manuals to ensure that mitigation measures will minimize risk for the Town. The firm will also assess impacts of the Overland Fire on water quality in the municipal supply basin, increased impacts of mine run off/ pollution, and impacts to other key environmental elements resulting from the fire.
